• Liderar la evolución estratégica del producto de Homie, identificando oportunidades de mejora en la experiencia de inquilinos, propietarios y equipos internos, y transformándolas en soluciones digitales claras, medibles y alineadas con los objetivos del negocio. • Mejorar la forma en que los inquilinos encuentran propiedades, entienden sus opciones y avanzan hacia una renta, identificando oportunidades para elevar conversión, confianza, velocidad de cierre y calidad del match entre usuario y propiedad. • Diseñar experiencias que permitan a propietarios e inversionistas tener mayor visibilidad sobre su portafolio, incluyendo ocupación, pagos, rendimiento, mantenimiento, comunicación con Homie y estado general de sus propiedades. • Identificar fricciones en los distintos puntos de contacto del usuario y traducirlas en soluciones claras, medibles y alineadas con las prioridades del negocio. • Entender a profundidad las necesidades de distintos usuarios —inquilinos, propietarios, equipos internos y stakeholders de negocio— para construir soluciones que equilibren experiencia, eficiencia operativa y viabilidad técnica. • Definir problemas de producto con claridad, estructurando hipótesis, objetivos, alcances, criterios de éxito y métricas que permitan evaluar si una solución realmente genera impacto. • Priorizar iniciativas de producto con criterio estratégico, considerando impacto en negocio, experiencia de usuario, complejidad técnica, urgencia operativa y capacidad del equipo. • Construir y mantener roadmaps claros, realistas y accionables, asegurando foco en los problemas más relevantes y evitando dispersión en iniciativas de bajo impacto. • Trabajar de cerca con Ingeniería y Diseño para convertir oportunidades en soluciones concretas, asegurando que cada iniciativa tenga contexto suficiente, alcance bien definido y criterios claros de entrega. • Usar herramientas de IA de forma práctica y crítica para acelerar investigación, prototipado, documentación, exploración de soluciones, redacción de specs o validación temprana de ideas. • Medir el impacto de las iniciativas lanzadas, aprender de los resultados y ajustar el producto con base en datos, feedback cualitativo y entendimiento del negocio. • Aportar estructura, claridad y pensamiento estratégico en un contexto de startup, donde los problemas pueden ser ambiguos, los recursos limitados y la velocidad de ejecución clave.
Job Requirements
- 5+ años de experiencia en Product Management en empresas de tecnología, productos digitales o plataformas con retos complejos de usuario y operación.
- Experiencia en marketplaces, plataformas transaccionales, productos con múltiples tipos de usuario o negocios donde la confianza, la conversión y la operación sean factores críticos.
- Capacidad sólida para definir problemas, priorizar oportunidades, construir roadmaps, escribir specs y medir impacto.
- Criterio fuerte de UX. No necesitas diseñar interfaces, pero sí saber detectar fricciones, entender comportamientos de usuario y explicar por qué una experiencia funciona o no.
- Experiencia llevando productos, features o iniciativas de 0 a 1, desde descubrimiento y definición hasta lanzamiento, medición e iteración.
- Capacidad para trabajar con Ingeniería, Diseño y stakeholders de negocio, traduciendo necesidades complejas en decisiones de producto claras y accionables.
- Comodidad trabajando con datos, métricas de producto, funnels, conversión, adopción, retención, eficiencia operativa o indicadores de negocio.
- Habilidad para moverte entre estrategia y ejecución, entendiendo tanto la visión general del producto como el detalle necesario para que las cosas avancen.
- Familiaridad con herramientas de IA para investigar, prototipar, redactar documentación, explorar soluciones o acelerar ciclos de aprendizaje.
