What You’ll Do - HR Advisory & Case Management - Provide HR advisory support across multiple countries covering: - Hiring & onboarding - Employment contracts & amendments - Probation & performance management - Leave management & statutory benefits - Employee relations & disciplinary matters - Terminations, notice, and offboarding - Interpret local labor laws and apply them correctly within an EOR context. - Handle advisory cases end-to-end with clear documentation and risk awareness. - Compliance & Risk Awareness - Ensure all guidance aligns with local labor laws, statutory requirements, and EOR risk frameworks. - Identify high-risk scenarios and escalate appropriately to Legal or senior HR leadership. - Stay current on regulatory changes across supported countries. - Cross-Functional Collaboration - Partner closely with Payroll and Benefits teams to ensure HR guidance aligns with payroll execution and statutory compliance. - Work with Customer Support and CSMs to resolve customer queries accurately and efficiently. - Support Sales and Solutions teams with HR input on complex or pre-sales scenarios when required. - Knowledge & Documentation - Contribute to country-specific HR playbooks, decision trees, and advisory templates. - Help maintain internal knowledge bases and customer-facing guidance. - Share recurring issues and insights to improve processes and reduce repeat queries. - Customer Communication - Deliver clear, professional, and empathetic communication to customers. - Translate complex legal requirements into practical, actionable guidance. - Support customers through sensitive employee situations with confidence and clarity. Qualifications - 5–8+ years of experience in HR, Employee Relations, or HR Advisory roles. - Hands-on experience with multi-country employment regulations. - Prior exposure to EOR, PEO, global HR, or international employment is strongly preferred. - Strong understanding of employment lifecycle risks and compliance. - Ability to manage multiple advisory cases simultaneously. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. - Detail-oriented, structured, and comfortable working in high-compliance environments. Role Description We're hiring for a Remote Telemedicine Physician to join Curai Health's growing clinical care team. In this fully remote role, you'll deliver high-quality, patient-centered, virtual-first primary care to patients across the United States through video visits, live chat, and secure messaging — all supported by Curai's advanced AI-powered clinical technology and proprietary electronic medical records (EMR) system. What You'll Do - Dedicate at least 36 patient contact hours per week to providing high-quality, empathetic treatment to primary care patients in a virtual care setting. - Conduct comprehensive virtual assessments, diagnoses, and evidence-based treatment planning for patients across various ages and backgrounds. - Manage and coordinate care for chronic conditions. - Provide preventive care, wellness counseling, and health education to promote holistic well-being. - Order and interpret diagnostic tests and lab results. - Prescribe medications in accordance with state and federal regulations. - Handle referrals and prior authorizations. - Manage scheduling and follow-up outreach. - Complete administrative tasks including: - Accurately and thoroughly documenting tasks and communications in the electronic medical record (EMR). - Completing compliance, CME, and licensing tasks in a timely manner. - Maintaining up-to-date clinical knowledge and processes, including EMR platform updates. - Participating in clinical quality and process improvement initiatives. - Meeting or exceeding established performance standards related to patient satisfaction, encounter documentation, response time, clinical quality metrics, and productivity benchmarks. - Serving as a collaborating physician for assigned Nurse Practitioners, providing oversight, chart review, care consultation, and mentorship. - Maintaining compliance with HIPAA and confidentiality standards. - Taking on other duties as assigned.
