Role Description Our CSMs are responsible for building strong, outcome-based relationships with our named accounts, enabling them to expand their international footprint and grow revenues from those accounts moving forward. As a CSM, you’ll be reporting to the Regional Head - CX and working closely with your peers and cross-functional stakeholders. Process, creativity, curiosity and tenacity will be critical to our/your success in this role. - Build trusted relationships with our named accounts through consultative solutioning, ensuring that our customers achieve their talent and business objectives through Multiplier. - Actively monitor adoption of our products/services, provide industry knowledge and best practices to drive engagement. - Partner closely with internal teams, including Sales, Product, Operations and Engineering, to deliver the best customer experience to drive growth and retention. - Be the voice of our customers to our Product team, synthesizing feedback received and offering informed opinions and solutions, to help shape our product roadmap. - Understand the needs of our customers across industries and tiers, and design solutions to meet those unique business needs. - Identifying growth opportunities within your portfolio. Role Description We’re seeking an Employment Counsel for the NAMER & LATAM region to support our legal and HR functions by drafting, reviewing, and managing employment contracts across multiple jurisdictions. This role is pivotal in ensuring compliance with local labor laws and Employer of Record (EOR) models across diverse U.S. states and Canadian provinces. The ideal candidate will have a strong legal background, preferably with cross-border employment experience, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset. Qualifications - Law degree (JD, LLB, or equivalent) with 3+ years of experience in employment law, contract management, or EOR environments in U.S., Canada, and/or LATAM jurisdictions. - Strong knowledge of North American and Latin American labor laws (e.g., U.S. federal and state laws, Canadian provincial laws, and key LATAM markets such as Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, etc.). - Demonstrated experience drafting and managing employment contracts across multiple NAMER and LATAM countries. - Familiarity with EOR models, cross-border employment, and remote work compliance issues. - Ability to interpret complex legal and regulatory frameworks and apply them pragmatically. Requirements - Draft and review employment contracts (permanent, fixed-term, freelance, contractor) in compliance with U.S., Canadian and LATAM labor laws and local market standards. - Ensure all contracts align with jurisdiction-specific legal requirements, company policies, and EOR-specific compliance standards. - Advise on employment terms, compensation, benefits, and terminations, particularly where EOR services are used. - Collaborate with legal, HR, and business teams to support onboarding/offboarding processes and ensure all contractual obligations are met. - Maintain and update contract templates to reflect legal developments and EOR operational needs. - Monitor and interpret changes in employment regulations across the U.S. and Canada, ensuring ongoing compliance. - Support resolution of employment-related disputes or escalations involving contract terms, in collaboration with internal legal counsel or external providers. - Liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners to address jurisdiction-specific employment law questions.

Role Description We are looking for EOR HR Advisors to provide accurate, compliant, and practical HR guidance across multiple countries under our Employer of Record (EOR) model. In this role, you will advise customers and internal teams on local employment practices, statutory requirements, and employee lifecycle matters—ensuring compliance while enabling smooth day-to-day operations. You will work closely with Legal, Payroll, Benefits, Support, and Customer Success teams to deliver consistent, high-quality HR advisory at scale.
