• Participar desde el inicio en procesos de discovery junto con Product Managers, Product Designers y Tech Leads, ayudando a identificar problemas, oportunidades e insights accionables. • Analizar el comportamiento de los usuarios en el producto mediante datos cuantitativos y cualitativos, detectando patrones, fricciones y oportunidades de mejora. • Participar en entrevistas con usuarios, síntesis de hallazgos y validación de hipótesis de producto. • Construir y mantener actualizado el story map del producto junto con el PM, asegurando una visión clara del recorrido de usuario y de las soluciones necesarias. • Redactar y mantener las User Stories del backlog, definiendo claramente el problema, el usuario, la solución esperada y los criterios de aceptación. • Asegurar que las especificaciones funcionales tengan el nivel de detalle adecuado para que el equipo pueda trabajar sin ambigüedades, evitando tanto la falta de contexto como la sobre-documentación. • Revisar críticamente las soluciones antes de entrar en desarrollo, detectando inconsistencias funcionales, casos no cubiertos o posibles impactos sobre otras áreas del producto. • Validar funcionalmente los desarrollos realizados, asegurando que lo implementado resuelve correctamente el problema definido en la User Story. • Gestionar operativamente el backlog, manteniéndolo actualizado, priorizado y alineado con las decisiones del Product Manager. • Documentar decisiones de producto, contexto funcional y criterios utilizados para priorizar o descartar soluciones. • Realizar seguimiento de métricas de producto y generar hipótesis e insights accionables a partir de los datos.
Job Requirements
- Experiencia previa como Product Analyst o roles similares, haciendo análisis funcional, investigación de producto, especificación funcional o entornos digitales similares.
- Capacidad para transformar problemas complejos en soluciones claras y accionables.
- Capacidad demostrable para traducir necesidades de negocio y hallazgos de discovery en User Stories claras, accionables y bien estructuradas.
- Experiencia trabajando de forma cercana con Product Managers, Product Designers, Engineering y Tech Leads en entornos multidisciplinares.
- Sólido conocimiento de metodologías Agile (Scrum/Kanban) y frameworks de entrega de producto.
- Se valorará conocimiento del sector healthcare, especialmente en entornos relacionados con experiencia paciente, resultados clínicos o plataformas tecnológicas de salud.

We are looking for a Product Analyst with the following responsibilities: - Supplier portfolio analysis and development: segmentation, assessing contribution to key metrics (GMV, margin, conversion, assortment), identifying growth points and underperforming segments; - Supplier quality and cost effectiveness assessment: inventory quality analysis (prices, availability, cancellations, content), calculating unit economics and ROI for supplier connection and development; - Analytical support for commercial initiatives: evaluation and support of launches (discounts, special conditions, pricing initiatives, commercial offers), impact analysis and scaling recommendations; - Improvement of product and business algorithms related to suppliers: formulating and testing hypotheses, analyzing the impact of business logic changes on key metrics. Qualifications - At least 3 years of experience as a data analyst; - Advanced SQL proficiency; - Strong knowledge of Python; - Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Metabase); - Experience using causal analysis and quasi-experimental methods (e.g., difference-in-differences, matching, instrumental variables) to estimate effects in the absence of A/B testing; - Ability to work with incomplete or distorted data and make informed assumptions to assess business impact; - English proficiency at a B1 level or higher; - Developed critical thinking and the ability to solve complex problems using data processing tools; - Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and explain complex concepts in simple terms.
