Role Description Buscamos un/a Coordinador/a Técnico/a de Soluciones encargado/a de liderar la orquestación end-to-end de la solución técnica en proyectos. Actuará como un puente estratégico entre las áreas de Producto, Proyecto, Integraciones y el Cliente, asegurando una ejecución coherente y eficiente. Será responsable de garantizar implementaciones, la integridad y confiabilidad de los datos, así como el alineamiento entre los compromisos adquiridos con el cliente y las capacidades reales del producto. Trabajando junto a un equipo ampliado altamente cualificado, tendrás un impacto significativo en todo el sector sanitario. Buscamos personas apasionadas con la innovación tecnológica para liderar la innovación en salud digital. - Analizar la madurez del dato del cliente y definir necesidades de mensajería, integraciones y datos vía SQL. - Definir junto con Producto la baseline de la solución (asunciones, riesgos, alcance y responsabilidades). - Actuar como principal interlocutor técnico entre Producto y Proyecto, gestionando dependencias y escalados. - Liderar la relación técnica con el cliente (sesiones semanales, análisis de integraciones y cambios en preprocesadores). - Coordinar equipos de integraciones (Viaduct, Ensemble, Command Center), realizando seguimiento en Jira. - Participar en el análisis técnico de integraciones necesarias y definición de datos necesarios. - Definir casos de prueba end-to-end y apoyar al equipo de Testing en validación de datos. - Asegurar una visión global de la solución, anticipando riesgos técnicos y funcionales. Qualifications - Grado universitario (Informática, Telecomunicaciones, Matemáticas, …) o equivalente. - +5 años de experiencia en roles técnicos (integración, data, soluciones complejas). - Integraciones y mensajería sanitaria: experiencia avanzada con Viaduct y Ensemble. - Datos y bases de datos: Dominio avanzado de SQL. - Conocimiento de colas Kafka y OpenSearch. - Programación: familiaridad práctica con Python o Java. - Analítica avanzada: experiencia en minería de datos, análisis predictivo y ML aplicados a casos reales. - Observabilidad y operación: conocimientos en Grafana / OnCall / DB. - Uso habitual de Jira y Confluence. - Inglés Medio-Alto (interacción frecuente con equipos internacionales de producto). Requirements - Comprensión profunda de cómo funciona un hospital a nivel clínico y operativo. - Conocimiento de procesos asistenciales clave: Atención Primaria, Urgencias, Hospitalización, Quirófano, Diagnóstico, Farmacia Hospitalaria y Continuidad Asistencial. - Entendimiento del flujo de información clínica y administrativa. - Manejo de conceptos de calidad asistencial, seguridad del paciente e interoperabilidad. - Conocimiento de estándares sanitarios: HL7, FHIR, DICOM, SNOMED CT. - Comprensión de la ética, privacidad y regulación del dato sanitario. Role Description The Senior Service Sales Engineer is responsible for developing, selling, and managing aftermarket startup, modernization, maintenance, testing, and service solutions for electrical power distribution and critical power infrastructure.
