• Leads the design and execution of annual school visits to observe technology-supported instruction • Develops observation protocols and interview tools • Facilitates structured interviews with stakeholders to yield comparable insights • Conducts in-depth technical interviews with product teams • Analyzes product impact data by reviewing internal and third-party research • Manages ethical data use and consent processes • Authors product specific essays and briefs translating findings into instructional implications • Maintains a centralized evidence database to support organizational strategy • Represents findings in conversations with state leaders and funders

• Translate healthcare business problems into AI-enabled use cases suitable for agent-based automation. • Design and implement AI/LLM-driven agents to support clinical and operational workflows. • Collaborate with clinical, operational, and business SMEs to map workflows and identify automation opportunities. • Apply LLMs, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), prompt engineering, and workflow orchestration techniques. • Ensure HIPAA-compliant handling of PHI and adherence to responsible AI and data privacy standards. • Partner with data engineering, platform, and architecture teams to integrate AI agents into healthcare systems. • Support development of AI-enabled clinical and operational decision-support tools. • Document solution designs, AI workflows, risks, and implementation guidelines.
