EY

• Translate healthcare business problems into AI-enabled use cases suitable for agent-based automation. • Design and implement AI/LLM-driven agents to support clinical and operational workflows. • Collaborate with clinical, operational, and business SMEs to map workflows and identify automation opportunities. • Apply LLMs, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), prompt engineering, and workflow orchestration techniques. • Ensure HIPAA-compliant handling of PHI and adherence to responsible AI and data privacy standards. • Partner with data engineering, platform, and architecture teams to integrate AI agents into healthcare systems. • Support development of AI-enabled clinical and operational decision-support tools. • Document solution designs, AI workflows, risks, and implementation guidelines.

Job Requirements

  • 4–8 years of experience in healthcare domain roles (payer and/or provider).
  • Hands-on experience or strong applied understanding of Agentic AI concepts, LLMs, and orchestration.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare workflows such as care management, utilization management, or clinical documentation.
  • Experience translating healthcare requirements into AI-enabled automation or decision-support solutions.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA, healthcare data privacy, and regulatory considerations.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and consulting communication skills.
