The Opportunity Responsible for daily administration and policy support for group dental Recordkeeping customers. Processes transactions timely and maintains accurate policy records. Works well with business partners and existing policy holders. This is primarily a data entry position where multiple systems need to be updated. Abke to maintain accuracy and compliance with production and quality standards. Key Responsibilities - Performs intermediate level policy administration duties requiring some analysis and individual judgment - Consults with supervisor on complex problems. - Maintains data in the administrative systems; troubleshoots and corrects data issues. Works various transaction error reports and queues. - Processes demographic, coverage level, policy updates, and member changes, return mail and completes other miscellaneous participant level updates. - Follows up on items found not in good order and completes required mail backs. - Completes participant level enrollments and reenrollments for dental products. - May perform ancillary support functions. Required Qualifications - High School Diploma or equivalent - 1-3 years business experience. - Detail oriented with strong time management and organizational skills. - Excellent oral and written communication skills - Able to communicate effectively and work in an independent virtual environment Preferred Qualifications - Associates degree The expected salary range for this position is $45,500.00 . This role may also be eligible for annual short-term incentive compensation and stock-based long-term incentives. All incentives and benefits are subject to the applicable plan terms.
