• Provide on-site support for Oracle Health EHR go-live, stabilization, and adoption activities at VA medical centers • Partner with clinicians, informatics leaders, and operational teams to identify and resolve system issues, improve workflows, and optimize EHR utilization • Deliver end-user training and support the development of user guides, workflow documentation, and training materials • Recommend system configuration and workflow adjustments to align with VHA policies, clinical requirements, patient safety priorities, and operational needs • Gather and assess feedback from clinical users to evaluate system performance, usability, documentation practices, and opportunities for continuous improvement • Support implementation efforts in alignment with federal regulations, VA healthcare standards, and industry best practices • Troubleshoot issues that arise during go-live and coordinate closely with IT teams and stakeholders to drive timely resolution • Document workflows, issues, resolutions, risks, and lessons learned throughout the implementation process and prepare regular status updates • Promote effective communication and collaboration among VA stakeholders, VHA clinical teams, informatics staff, and project leadership • Contribute to change management, user adoption, and performance improvement efforts that support successful EHR integration into clinical operations

• Support the migration of manual workflows into automated processes using internal tooling and platforms such as N8N • Translate editorial and client brief requirements into scalable system configurations • Configure and maintain automation workflows for content acquisition, validation, tagging, summarization, and delivery • Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for automated workflows • Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to workflow automation, data quality, and system performance • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are accurately implemented and maintained • Maintain up-to-date documentation of client configurations and communicate updates across teams • Identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency, scalability, and accuracy • Support vendor-related processes including service evaluation, communication, and invoice reconciliation

• Identify and evaluate new strategic acquisition and investment opportunities. • Contribute to deal process management, including coordination with legal, accounting, tax and third-party diligence advisors. • Conduct commercial, financial and operational due diligence workstreams with internal stakeholders and external advisors. • Support detailed financial modeling, valuation and other relevant diligence analyses. • Lead diligence discussions with external advisors and target management teams, in collaboration with senior leadership and cross-functional teams. • Prepare Board/executive-level materials, including transaction memos (e.g., merits and considerations). • Manage data rooms, diligence trackers and transaction process timelines. • Perform competitive analyses of current and adjacent markets, other ad-hoc strategic analyses such as whitespace / TAM analyses, buy vs. build, and scenario analyses. • Develop deep understanding of Cotiviti’s business units and near adjacent markets.

• Assist patients and families in helping the patient transform their maladaptive eating patterns into a healthy relationship with food through provision of ongoing support. • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to facilitate patients' progress based upon patient’s unique needs. • Guide process of exposure to fear/challenge foods. • Communicate patient's meal plan, and any other special nutrition related concerns clearly to all team members, and provide education around how to alleviate or resolve nutrition related concerns. • Echo treatment team’s directives in interactions with families. • Assist with discharge planning. • Update treatment plans weekly with patient’s progress, treatment goals, nutrition related assignments or directives, nutrition related concerns. • Reassess nutritional needs on an ongoing basis and communicates recommendations to treatment team (and families). • Deliver evidence-based nutrition education geared toward challenging irrational thoughts and beliefs around food/nutrition, weight and shape that fuel the eating disorder behaviors. • Establish a therapeutic relationship with families, including rapport building, appropriate boundary setting, and a working alliance with team and family toward treatment goals. • Thorough documentation within Equip’s electronic medical record in accordance with Equip’s policies and procedures. • Perform other duties as assigned.
