Job Requirements

  • Proven success leading complex delivery or operations organizations at scale (preferably $1B+ environments).
  • Demonstrated P&L accountability in multi-site, globally distributed teams.
  • Expertise in Digital Infrastructure, Cloud, Service Delivery, Technical Operations, and—preferably—Datacenter or Supply Chain.
  • Strong track record managing cross-functional technical and non-technical resources.
  • Ability to attract, retain, and develop world‑class talent in competitive markets.
  • Experience driving operational improvements grounded in metrics, performance management, and process excellence.
  • Skilled collaborator with experience operating in matrixed organizations.
