• Own monthly and quarterly reporting across Palmetto's capital markets funding structures, including tax equity funds, ABS issuances, and warehouse facilities • Download, manage, and analyze large datasets to support fund reporting and investor requirements • Build and maintain reporting templates for new and existing funding structures, partnering with technology teams to drive automation over time • Develop a deep understanding of Palmetto's business, including how solar loan origination, customer relationships, and financing products connect to capital markets activity • Support FP&A, treasury, and cash forecasting activities as they relate to Palmetto Finance • Liaise with Corporate Finance, Treasury, Asset Management, and Accounting to ensure transparency and alignment on all things Palmetto Finance • Identify opportunities to improve reporting workflows, data processes, and cross-functional efficiency • Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams including Data Analytics, Operations, and Technology
• Focus on developing and executing Excel financial models to support Tax Equity and Debt capital funding • Lead the execution of tax equity, debt, and equity funding processes with external stakeholders • Responsible for reporting associated with Palmetto Finance to key financial stakeholders, while partnering with technology teams to ensure automation on reports • Utilizes skills to enhance existing processes and workflows for more efficiency, partnering closely with other teams e.g. Data Analytics, Operations, etc • Liaisons with Corporate Finance, Treasury, Asset Management, and Accounting to ensure partnership and transparency on all things Palmetto Finance • Builds and maintains strong relationships with key banks and other key external partners • Is highly attuned to customer needs and requirements, and can anticipate their needs, and provide tailored solutions to meet their objectives
• Handle escalated customer issues that require advanced problem-solving. • Resolve high-touch priority cases for internal teams, ensuring timely resolution. • Serve as a technical and operational expert, assisting frontline agents with complex inquiries. • Work closely with internal departments (e.g., Engineering, Field Ops, Billing) to facilitate case resolution. • Conduct outbound follow-ups for customers with passive or negative NPS scores, identifying pain points and providing solutions. • Gather customer feedback to improve overall service quality and escalate systemic issues to leadership. • Identify trends in customer dissatisfaction and recommend process improvements. • Call customers who provided positive survey scores to ask for lead referrals for potential new customers. • Act as a backup team for frontline operations in case of BPO outages or system disruptions. • Assist in load balancing during high call volumes or staffing shortages.

• Coordinate, schedule, and confirm customer site visits for Field Service Technicians across multiple regions and time zones. • Serve as the primary scheduling liaison for customers, maintaining proactive, timely, and empathetic communication. • Optimize technician routes and daily workloads to increase efficiency and minimize travel time and cost. • Review technician capacity and availability daily to construct accurate and achievable schedules. • Collaborate with Service Project Coordinators, Asset Management Specialists, and regional leaders to ensure readiness before scheduling. • Verify customer availability, access instructions, and any pre-visit requirements to ensure a successful appointment. • Monitor work order queues to ensure all site-visit–eligible cases are scheduled within defined SLA targets. • Escalate scheduling risks, technician constraints, or customer-related delays to leadership when they threaten timelines. • Maintain accurate documentation of all scheduling attempts, customer communications, and confirmations in CRM platforms such as Salesforce. • Support team reporting by flagging chronic bottlenecks, trends, and repeat issues that impact schedule adherence or customer satisfaction. • Participate in cross-functional initiatives to improve scheduling processes, tools, and communication standards. • Assist with temporary surge initiatives or special projects to ensure the Service Operations organization meets overall volume and customer satisfaction goals.
• Monitor system performance across the residential solar portfolio, proactively identifying underperforming or non-producing systems through alerting and diagnostic tools. • Triage and investigate service cases, validating issues and determining appropriate troubleshooting paths based on system data and known failure modes. • Execute remote troubleshooting steps to resolve system issues, including inverter resets, communication troubleshooting, and guiding homeowners through required actions. • Maximize remote resolution by identifying and applying effective solutions, minimizing unnecessary site visits. • Communicate clearly and empathetically with homeowners to explain issues, guide troubleshooting steps, and set expectations for resolution. • Accurately document all troubleshooting steps, findings, and outcomes within Salesforce to ensure clear case history and enable downstream coordination if needed. • Escalate unresolved or complex issues to Service Project Coordinators with clear, complete context, including validated scope and recommended next steps. • Manage and prioritize service queues to ensure all cases are addressed within defined SLA timelines. • Identify trends, recurring issues, and failure patterns across the portfolio, contributing insights to improve monitoring, processes, and product performance. • Collaborate cross-functionally with Service Operations, Product, and Engineering teams to improve alert quality, reduce false positives, and enhance troubleshooting workflows. • Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives to increase remote resolution rates and reduce overall service cost.

• Own our customer lease/PPA reassignment process • Service transfers for customers who are moving from their home from previous homeowner to the new homeowner, including credit check of new customer, billing account set up, and completion of transfer contract • Prepayments by providing payment quotes, accepting payments, updating billing account, and providing documentation of prepayment to customer • Buyouts for customers who are moving (or 5 years after agreement starts), including providing buyout quote, accepting payment, updating billing account, and completion of contract • Process UCC-1 temporary termination requests and related questions • Escalate issues to management • Ensure proper documentation in Salesforce and clear communication with CX department
