Associate Account Executive
Crocs, Inc.
• Drive weekly sales reporting and performance analysis • Build and maintain go-to-market tools • Support end-to-end account execution • Partner cross-functionally with Sales Ops, Demand Planning, and other functions • Track and analyze account performance • Support retail marketing and marketplace execution • Prepare and support account meetings and seasonal reviews • Manage ad hoc requests and operational priorities
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, merchandising, or operations; retail, wholesale, or footwear experience preferred
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally
- Clear, professional communication skills
- Knowledge of U.S. retail and wholesale landscape
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to travel as needed (including overnights) and lift up to 40 lbs
