Responsibilities: - Actively communicate via phone, email, and Google Chat with ABA therapists, clients, and other team members to coordinate schedules. - Make outbound calls to confirm appointments, reschedule sessions, and handle last-minute changes. - Ensure accurate data entry and updates in our scheduling system to reflect any changes in appointments, availability, and client needs. - Handle multiple communication channels efficiently, prioritizing tasks and keeping everything running smoothly. - Build and maintain relationships with ABA therapists and clients through clear, friendly, and professional communication. - Collaborate closely with our administrative team to resolve any scheduling conflicts or gaps. - Assist with other administrative duties as needed. Qualifications: - Comfortable and confident making outbound calls, including cold calling or follow-ups. You should enjoy talking to people and have a positive, engaging phone presence. - Strong verbal and written communication skills, especially via email and Google Chat. - Previous experience in a role involving phone communication, scheduling, or data entry is highly preferred. - Familiarity with scheduling software, Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Chat), and the ability to learn new systems quickly. - Capable of handling multiple schedules and updates with precision and attention to detail. - Able to stay calm and organized in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. - A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work well with others.

Summary We are currently hiring for a Case Management Coordinator to join BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina. In this role as a Case Management Coordinator, care management interventions focus on improving care coordination and reducing the fragmentation of the services the recipients of care often experience, especially when multiple health care providers and different care settings are involved. Taken collectively, care management interventions are intended to enhance client safety, well-being, and quality of life. These interventions carefully consider health care costs through the professional care manager's recommendations of cost-effective and efficient alternatives for care. Integral to these functions is collaboration and ongoing communication with the client, client's family or family caregiver, and other health care professionals involved in the client's care. What You’ll Do: Provides active care management, assesses service needs, develops and coordinates action plans in cooperation with members, monitors services and implements plans, to include member goals. To Qualify for This Position, You'll Need the Following: Required Education: Associates in a job-related field. Degree Equivalency: Graduate of Accredited School of Nursing or 2 years job related work experience. Required Experience: 4 years recent clinical in defined specialty area. Specialty areas include: oncology, cardiology, neonatology, maternity, rehabilitation services, mental health/chemical dependency, orthopedics, general medicine/surgery. The Account Manager is the primary point of contact for our clients, the collateral managers of Collateralized Loan Obligations. You must have a deep understanding CLOs, ABLs, compliance test calculations, bank loans and other complex fixed income structures. You will provide oversight of day to day operational/client service activities while monitoring controls such as overdraft reports, annual reviews, and outstanding deal compliance. What You’ll Do Primary point of contact for a portfolio of CLO Special Purpose Vehicles. Produce monthly /quarterly investor reporting packages.
