Air Supplier Reporting & Performance Analyst

Role Description In this role, you will support the development of supplier analysis that uncover new revenue opportunities and reduce potential risks. You will continuously track the performance of these strategic efforts and deliver reporting that enables active oversight within the Supplier Management & Delivery team. You will also build innovative tools that streamline existing reporting processes and encourage creative approaches to analyzing new business challenges. - Monitor key strategic suppliers to proactively address market changes and identify revenue opportunities - Remain up-to-date on industry trends while evaluating whether industry changes have potential to impact BCD’s business - Leverage existing reporting tools and Microsoft Office applications to analyze data against contract models and assess strategic options - Conduct analysis on ad hoc market, supplier, or client changes, evaluating their potential impact on performance and revenue - Support team in data analysis for quarterly business reviews - Assist in deal performance analytics and support regional and global supplier proposals for forecasting - Use supplier, internal, and 3rd-party data to develop interactive reporting that tracks supplier contractual performance, ensuring optimal revenues and earnings rates - Communicate the analyses in an effective manner with internal regional teams and illustrate recommended levers to act upon analytical findings - Utilize supplier and internal data to increase accuracy of supplier projections for monthly accruals Qualifications - Prior experience in the travel industry in an air reporting or performance role related to sales or procurement, airline supplier relations, airline revenue management, or airline consulting - Proficiency in data analysis tools like Excel paired with solid presentation skills with PowerPoint - Basic SQL skills would be a plus - Financial modeling skills - Strong analytical and problem solving skills - Effective communication skills (oral, written & presentation) in English as this role will regularly need to present their findings to internal and external stakeholders - Ability to travel domestically & internationally Benefits - Flexible working hours and work-from-home or remote opportunities - Opportunities to grow your skillset and career - Generous vacation days so you can rest and recharge - A compensation package that feels fair to you, including mental, physical, and financial wellbeing tools - Travel industry professional perks and discounts - An inclusive work environment where diversity is celebrated Company Description BCD Travel helps companies travel smart and achieve more. Travel: Less than 10% of the time may be required. Work Type: Remote employee Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business. - 5 years minimum experience in accounting/finance with 3 years in reimbursement or cost reporting. - Working knowledge of hospital patient accounting, general ledger, and decision support systems (Epic, Strata, or equivalent). - Knowledge of pass-through payment structures, lump sum adjustments, and interim rate reconciliation. - Organ Acquisition, 340B, and IRIS experience preferred. - Ability to communicate complex reimbursement concepts clearly to finance, clinical, and operational stakeholders. - Experience interfacing with MACs, CMS, and state agencies during audits, desk reviews, and appeals. - Comfortable managing multiple filing deadlines and regulatory timelines simultaneously. Requirements - Master's Degree in finance or accounting preferred. - 7 years minimum experience with at least 5 years in reimbursement or cost reporting preferred.
