Senior Onboarding Analyst – Fluent English

VOLL

• Lead end-to-end onboarding projects for medium and large clients, including global accounts; • Act as PMO, ensuring governance, timelines, risk management and delivery quality; • Structure and execute implementation plans (kick-off, schedule, milestones, go-live); • Manage internal and external stakeholders (clients, vendors, global and regional teams); • Map and redesign Travel & Expense processes, identifying gaps and improvement opportunities; • Ensure integration between systems (VOLL, payment methods, ERPs); • Support the definition and implementation of global travel policies; • Monitor onboarding success metrics (SLAs, adoption, stability, client satisfaction); • Handle resolution of critical issues and escalations; • Promote standardization and continuous improvement of onboarding processes; • Conduct training and enablement for users and stakeholders.

Job Requirements

  • Solid experience in customer onboarding/implementations, acting as PMO;
  • Proven experience in Travel & Expense / corporate travel;
  • Experience with global accounts and multinational environments;
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Monday, Jira);
  • Knowledge of corporate payment methods (cards, VCN, invoiced/billed payments);
  • Experience with system integrations and travel platforms (OBTs, ERPs);
  • Fluent English (required) – experience working with global stakeholders;
  • Spanish (a plus).
