Operations Liaison

• work under the direction of the Managing Director to prepare financial plans • coordinate the workflow through the creation and maintenance of systems • assist in the daily function and activities with financial professional offices • serve as a knowledge leader using financial planning expertise • continually keep up with financial planning trends and identify relevant opportunities • manage the documentation of processes and procedures • professionally interact with financial professionals and their staff • assist with the promotion of Spire Outsourcing’s services • build and maintain relationships with CFP Board registered degree programs
Job Requirements
- four or more years of related experience, education, and/or training in financial planning or wealth management
- collaborative and detail-oriented financial planning professional
- strong foundation in financial planning principles
- analytical thinking skills
- organizational skills
- experience with eMoney planning software is highly valued
- additional industry licenses such as a life insurance license or FINRA Series registrations are considered a plus
- preference is given to candidates who have graduated from a CFP Board registered program and who are either a CFP® certificate or actively pursuing the CFP® designation

• The Technology Operations Manager provides leadership and oversight for operational technology services, with responsibility for driving long-term platform strategy while ensuring the effective execution of daily operations. • Support a technology ecosystem that includes AWS-based platforms, distributed data center environments, enterprise applications, and SaaS operational systems. • Oversee the stability and performance of cloud and on-premises environments, leading application support and operational response processes. • Direct service delivery and technical operations teams, enabling scalable infrastructure for engineering initiatives. • Manage enterprise network and database services, partnering closely with stakeholders across technology and business functions to support organizational objectives.
