• Support the delivery of various equity and compensation plans • Assist in managing supplier operations for equity record-keeping and administration • Coordinate the execution of compensation programs using internal HR systems (Workday) • Prepare and execute annual compensation reviews and performance corrections • Maintain detailed operational documents • Monitor supplier performance and assist in implementing improvement plans • Respond to customer inquiries related to pay and benefits • Optimize processes to ensure efficient benefit delivery

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience with employee benefits and/or compensation
  • 3+ years of experience in stock and/or equity plan administration
  • 3+ years of experience in a role utilizing business acumen and understanding
  • 3+ years of experience using Human Resources (HR) systems
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field (preferred)
