Job Description

Public Relations Manager

Milo's Tea Company, Inc.

• Researches, develops, and produces corporate narratives in collaboration with cross-functional partners, outside agency partners, and the Director of Corporate Public Relations. • Works on development and execution of employer brand campaigns and content, identifying and amplifying associate stories, milestones, and initiatives that reinforce Milo’s culture. • Owns and manages the public relations editorial calendar, ensuring content is planned, produced, routed for approvals, and published on schedule across appropriate channels. • Fields and manages incoming media inquiries across channels, including email, LinkedIn, and Salesforce, and completes opportunity briefs. • Drafts talking points, pitches, press releases, and presentations in support of media relations activities. • Coordinates product samplings and merchandise drops for VIPs, media, and influencers. • Monitors news and industry trends to identify proactive storytelling opportunities. • Builds and maintains working relationships with internal stakeholders to gather information, secure approvals, and align on messaging. • Uphold and lead participation in Corporate Responsibility initiatives, including recycling, social advocacy, and MMAD volunteering opportunities. • This position has food safety responsibilities. • Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
  • 4-6 years of experience in public relations, journalism, or strategic communications.
  • Proven subject matter expertise in corporate storytelling, media relations, and editorial planning processes.
  • Strong industry knowledge of digital platforms, including generative AI tools, design platforms, and case management systems; experience in CPG, food, or beverage is a plus.
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a deadline-driven environment, with strong organizational and cross-functional collaboration skills.
