Job Requirements

- Expérience avérée à mener de la recherche originale sur les politiques publiques afin d’orienter la stratégie et la conception de programmes
- Solide compréhension du processus décisionnel gouvernemental, des processus de financement et des priorités du secteur public
- Compétences exceptionnelles de rédaction et de communication et capacité à transformer les données complexes en récits convaincants
- Facilité à travailler avec des données, des résultats d’évaluation et des méthodes de recherche qualitative et quantitative

Role Description Working remotely, the Dean of Students will work collaboratively with the leadership team. Role Description We’re looking for a Financial Counselor to join our growing team. The Financial Counselor acts as the primary contact for inquiries related to financial assistance. Responsibilities include: - Communicate with patients/guarantors by telephone. - Assist with portal to complete a financial assistance application on the outstanding balance from the guarantor, verify the patient’s federal poverty level and the patient’s statement of truth regarding income, correct any errors as necessary, and obtain any other needed documentation for the resolution of the account. - Record information about the financial status of customers and status of application efforts. - Update and verify new insurance information if/when provided by patient or guarantor. - Review, research, or communicate with Department Manager or supervisor as necessary regarding any questionable accounts or issues presented by patient/guarantor. - Review, research and communicate accurately account questions or issues to department management. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge regarding medical insurance's coverage policies.
