Senior Analyst, Contracts

RTX

• Become highly proficient in contract management/administration actions on proposals and contracts • Investigate and resolve contractual matters by critically thinking and gathering detailed information • Work independently, yet recognize matters that require leadership review and buy-in • Influence others through the explanation of facts, policies and practices • Multi-task routine and complex contract and proposal activities • Interface with customers regarding correspondence and contractual issues • Draft complex letters that communicate the business position effectively • Advising management of contractual rights and possible risk mitigation • Work closely with program teams within a matrix environment • Some periodic domestic travel up to 15-20% as required

Job Requirements

  • Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience
  • minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience
  • Experience with Contracts Administration, Subcontracts, Procurement, Acquisitions, and/or Finance
  • professional presence complemented by excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to effectively partner with cross-functional stakeholders
