Job Requirements
- 4+ years of experience and a proven track record of deploying scalable, production-grade applications.
- Experience building systems compliant with HIPAA and SOC2 standards is a major plus.
- You actively use AI coding tools as a core part of your workflow.
- High agency and ability to work autonomously without clear instructions.
- Understand the startup grind and are willing to put in 40+ hours a week.
- Can expertly manage the startup speed-vs-quality paradox.
