Qualifications - Formação superior completa (Direito, Contabilidade, Administração, Economia ou áreas correlatas). - Experiência sólida na área previdenciária empresarial. - Experiência prévia em gestão de equipe. - Conhecimento aprofundado em legislação e obrigações previdenciárias. - Vivência com compensações, recuperação de créditos ou planejamento previdenciário será diferencial. - Pós-graduação ou especialização na área será diferencial. Requirements - Coordenar equipe técnica (analistas e consultores), promovendo desenvolvimento e alta performance. - Atuar como referência técnica em temas previdenciários (INSS, contribuições previdenciárias, compensações, revisões, planejamento e oportunidades de recuperação). - Garantir qualidade técnica das entregas, mitigação de riscos e cumprimento de prazos. - Identificar oportunidades de economia e recuperação de créditos previdenciários. - Monitorar mudanças legislativas e normativas. - Implementar melhorias de processos e ganho de eficiência.
