• Lead the optimization of cross-cloud Salesforce implementations (Data Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, custom platforms) to improve Consumer Marketing performance, scalability, and maintainability. • Evaluate existing architectures to identify technical debt, performance bottlenecks, and opportunities for consolidation or modernization. • Design extensible, future‑ready solutions that support enterprise growth, high data volumes, and complex business processes. • Architect and optimize integrations between Salesforce and enterprise data platforms (data lakes, data warehouses, MDM systems, ERP, and external services). • Optimize system performance through refined data models, indexing strategies, asynchronous processing, and optimized automation. • Design for high availability, fault tolerance, and secure access across enterprise environments. • Partner with business leaders, product owners, and delivery teams to translate business needs into optimized technical solutions. • Provide architectural guidance and decision frameworks that balance speed, cost, risk, and long‑term value. • Influence enterprise standards, best practices, and architectural roadmaps. • Ensure solutions adhere to enterprise security, compliance, and regulatory requirements. • Implement role‑based access controls, data protection strategies, and audit‑ready architectures within Salesforce and connected systems. • Drive continuous optimization through monitoring, analytics, and performance tuning. • Evaluate and adopt emerging Salesforce features and data technologies to improve solution efficiency and reduce total cost of ownership. • Collaborate with delivery teams on scalable design patterns and optimization best practices.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Programming, Software Engineering, IT Management, or a related discipline, or equivalent Salesforce experience of more than 5 years.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build strong, effective relationships and influence across technology teams and senior leadership.
  • Proficiency in Agile delivery methodologies, demonstrating flexibility and efficiency in dynamic environments.
  • Experience with Omnichannel marketing integrations (Social, SMS, Chat) and real-time marketing solutions.
  • Capable of executing cross-cloud implementations across the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud technologies: Automation Studio, Content Builder, Journey Builder, and related database integration/management.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM reporting & analytics.
  • Have familiarity with AMPscript, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Proficient in SQL, complex data models and adept at designing and implementing API integration solutions (REST/SOAP/BULK, Streaming APIs) including mobile app SDKs and security standards (TLS, SSL, data encryption).
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify and resolve platform-related issues.
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant and Data Cloud certifications preferred.
  • Salesforce Admin or other CRM consultant certifications are recommended.
  • Future-Ready Skills (Nice to Have) - Experience with AI‑enabled platforms, modern data architectures, and composable enterprise design, shaping the next generation of scalable, Salesforce‑centric solutions.
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing technology ecosystems, including environments where AI and automation enhance business operations and customer experiences.
  • Exposure to AI, automation, and intelligent capabilities, such as Salesforce AI features (predictive insights, intelligent automation, and Copilot‑style assistants) integrated with enterprise data environments.
