Role Description Join the team as Twilio's next Software Engineer on our Data & Analytics Platform. We are looking for a talented and experienced Software Engineer to join our Data Platform team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in designing, building, and optimizing our platform to support a wide range of data-driven initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, architect scalable solutions, and implement data solutions and infrastructure for our Data Platform. The ideal candidate will have a passion for leveraging data to drive business impact, strong technical skills, and experience with modern data technologies. - Design, build, and maintain infrastructure and scalable frameworks to support data ingestion, processing, and analysis. - Collaborate with stakeholders, analysts, and product teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Architect and implement data solutions using modern data technologies such as Kafka, Spark, Hive, Hudi, Presto, Airflow, and cloud-based services like AWS Lakeformation, Glue and Athena. - Design and implement frameworks and solutions for performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency. - Ensure data quality, integrity, and security throughout the data lifecycle. - Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices in big data technologies. - Mentor early in career engineers and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Qualifications - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - 5+ years of experience in software development or a related field. - Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala. - Strong experience with building frameworks for big data technologies such as Spark, Kafka, Hive, and distributed computing systems. - Experience with AWS technologies at scale. - Solid understanding of software engineering principles, including object-oriented and functional programming paradigms, design patterns, and code quality practices. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Strong verbal & written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment. Compensation The estimated pay ranges for this role are as follows: - Based in Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Vermont or Washington D.C.: $138,700 - $173,400. - Based in New York, New Jersey, Washington State, or California (outside of the San Francisco Bay area): $146,800 - $183,600. - Based in the San Francisco Bay area, California: $163,100 - $203,900. • Provide support services for all aspects of the Reliability and Maintainability Information System (REMIS) software development process. • Ensure software development uses Agile methodologies, test-driven development principles, with robust documentation, user centered design, and an extensible infrastructure. • Maintain application software and COTS software. • Responsible for the design, coding, testing, quality assurance, deployment, software configuration management, and program documentation.

• Lead the analytics front and ensure the efficiency of the consumption layer; • Define development standards and best practices for Power BI; • Support the team of analysts in migrating reports from MicroStrategy to Power BI and in creating new reports; • Assist in analyzing technical requirements and producing documentation; • Validate data consistency between the Silver, Gold layers and the reports; • Serve as the technical link between the analytics team and the engineering team; • Conduct report publication processes in the production environment; • Ensure integration between Gold layers and analytical dashboards; • Monitor the quality and performance of reports and dashboards.

Role Description Provide support for maintaining the Delta 8 training database and other tracking systems via PEX. This also includes maintaining AF Form and training completion. - Experience with PEX – Patriot Excalibur is a must - RF, EM, and thermal simulation and modelling - Over 15 years of RF product development for performance-oriented applications - Systems-level understanding of RF front-ends - Architecture/requirement understanding from Antenna through the ADC - Space Payload electronics - TS/SCI Secret security clearance within 24 months of hire - Awareness of how Engineering contributes to Business achieving objectives - Risk Mitigation: ability to identify potential problems well in advance and determine appropriate risk mitigation Location can also be in Colorado, and Oxnard, California.
