Data Analyst
WorkMoney
• Streamline internal processes for data requests, data sharing, and reporting • Help to manage and improve existing reporting and self-service data capabilities • Provide data outputs that help internal teams understand program impacts • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify key data insights and ensure data quality • Provide timely ticket response to ad hoc data requests • Create new and maintain existing analytics dashboards to track key metrics • Establish cross-departmental relationships grounded in trust • Act as a data resource across departments and help with data interpretation • Align programmatic needs and data infrastructure • Collaborate to improve data processes and increase efficiency
Job Requirements
- Familiarity with relational databases and SQL or other query languages acquired through prior educational, job, or volunteer training
- Proven ability to analyze and communicate data in accessible and actionable ways
- Prior experience creating clear and insightful dashboards with Tableau, Looker, Metabase or other visualization platform
- Track record of working collaboratively on a technical team and with non-technical stakeholders
- Experience translating data findings into clear and digestible insights, especially for non-technical audiences
- Demonstrated commitment to building data analytics skills and comfort taking direction from stakeholders
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- ETL and data cleaning experience (nice to have)
- Experience with advocacy, legislative or electoral campaign data (nice to have)
- Working knowledge of the front-end and back-end of a CRM or voter file (nice to have)
