• YouTube first: Everything starts with the long-form episode. Short-form serves it, not the other way around. • Test fast: Use short-form to validate concepts before building full episodes. • Own the creative vision from title/thumbnail to final frame of each episode. • Collaborate with production teams but stay responsible for viral instincts and audience psychology. • Analyze performance across both formats and iterate quickly.
Job Requirements
- Portfolio with long-form YouTube content you concepted (show retention, CTR, or growth if possible).
- Proven ability to drive traffic from short-form to long-form (examples required).
- Deep understanding of TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts as acquisition tools, not standalone entertainment.
- Obsessed with hooks, pacing, cliffhangers, and payoff.
- Strong interest in parenting, family dynamics, or human stories involving children.
- Experience leading video projects from concept to final delivery.
- Experience with family, parenting, or kids content.
- Basic editing or thumbnail design sense.
- Experience building a YouTube channel (other Social Media channels) from zero.
- C1 level English

Role Description McGarity is expanding its bench of experienced Learning Project Managers to support growing client demand. This is a contract position for a seasoned L&D professional who thrives in a fast-moving consultancy environment, can manage multiple concurrent projects across diverse client engagements, and understands the full e-learning development lifecycle from kickoff through LMS deployment. - Manage end-to-end project lifecycles for custom e-learning development engagements from kickoff through final delivery. - Develop and maintain detailed project plans, milestone schedules, and risk logs. - Coordinate across instructional designers, multimedia developers, SMEs, and client stakeholders to keep projects on track. - Facilitate kickoff meetings, milestone reviews, and client status updates. - Track deliverable quality, review cycles, and client approval status across multiple concurrent projects. - Identify and escalate timeline risks proactively with mitigation recommendations. - Manage client expectations and maintain clear, professional communication throughout each engagement. - Support LMS deployment coordination including SCORM upload, testing, and completion tracking confirmation. - Maintain version-controlled project documentation and deliverable records. • Serve as a trusted partner to the Evidence Solutions business to lead all contract operations and see it through to project coordination • Drafting and supporting the revision process on all client, vendor, and subcontractor contracts and amendments using templates • Utilizing Precision’s legal platform to track and advance all documents through the contracting process • Supporting the tracking of key terms and conditions within client MSA documents, alongside legal • Tracking down purchase orders with clients as needed • Archiving all supporting documents inclusive of signed SOWs, purchase orders, and invoices in an organized manner for the business • Assisting the Project Manager by ensuring timely data capture and accuracy in project setup • Serving as the primary point of contact between the finance and project teams to initiate client invoicing • Leading client portal setup and updates • Additional ad hoc support as needed
