Work with customers, partners, & internal solutions consultants to drive positive progress across multi-location & multi-phase deployments for all project related activities • Proactively identify risks pertaining to time, scope, & budget. Qualifications - 6+ years of project management experience within a learning and development or instructional design environment — required. - Demonstrated experience managing the full e-learning development lifecycle (analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation). - Working knowledge of Articulate Storyline 360 or comparable authoring tools — must be able to speak the language of the development team. - Familiarity with ADDIE, SAT, or Agile instructional design methodology. - Experience with SCORM standards and LMS deployment processes. - Strong command of project management tools (Smartsheet, Asana, Microsoft Project, or equivalent). - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills — client-facing experience required. - Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects across different clients and industries. • Serve as a trusted partner to the Evidence Solutions business to lead all contract operations and see it through to project coordination • Drafting and supporting the revision process on all client, vendor, and subcontractor contracts and amendments using templates • Utilizing Precision’s legal platform to track and advance all documents through the contracting process • Supporting the tracking of key terms and conditions within client MSA documents, alongside legal • Tracking down purchase orders with clients as needed • Archiving all supporting documents inclusive of signed SOWs, purchase orders, and invoices in an organized manner for the business • Assisting the Project Manager by ensuring timely data capture and accuracy in project setup • Serving as the primary point of contact between the finance and project teams to initiate client invoicing • Leading client portal setup and updates • Additional ad hoc support as needed
