• Focused on community and content safeguards to protect against high-risk activity. • Engaging in detailed account and content analysis. • Prioritizing multiple high-volume tasks related to identity verification and rules enforcement. • Reviewing documentation and video content for potential fraud and identity impersonation. • Corresponding with end-users to verify documentation and validate accounts. • DMCA and copyright enforcement. • Working with internal teams to remove high-risk content and users. • Investigating community-reported content and profiles, taking action as required. • Collaborating with team members and leaders for ongoing process improvements. • Performing other critical functions as assigned.
Job Requirements
- At least one year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in an ecommerce environment.
- A high level of interest in regulatory and compliance issues related to user-generated content platforms.
- Open-minded, resilient and have an inquisitive nature, comfortable investigating objectionable online content and behaviour.
- Ability to adapt to new workflows and policy directions in a fast-paced and changing regulatory environment.
- Ability to take a holistic approach to risk assessment and rules enforcement factoring in multiple variables.
- Familiarity with policy enforcement best practices; applies resource materials and precedent cases to guide decision making.
- Demonstrated ability to investigate, moderate, and resolve conflicts.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to make real-time, informed decisions.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Comfortable with technology; ability to navigate and understand new systems and platforms.
- Able to work independently and in a team environment.
- Flexible to work evenings and/or weekends; regular schedules assigned by seniority.
- Knowledge of French is required for positions permanently located in Quebec so candidates can communicate with their colleagues and suppliers in Quebec as necessary.
- Knowledge of another language is required for this position to communicate with clients, partners, and colleagues predominantly located outside Quebec.

Role Description OBS Integrity Management is seeking a detail-oriented Tester / QA Analyst to join our team supporting the Cognitive Integrity Management (CIM) platform — a mission-critical SaaS application used by pipeline integrity engineers across North America to manage threats, assessments, compliance, and dig management for oil & gas infrastructure. In this role, you will be responsible for executing manual regression test suites across CIM release cycles, authoring and maintaining test cases in Azure DevOps, logging and tracking defects, and contributing to the ongoing quality of a complex, data-intensive web application operating in a regulated industry. Key Responsibilities - Regression & Release Testing - Execute manual regression test scripts across release candidates, covering new features and existing functionality. - Validate functionality across a broad range of application modules, workflows, and user roles. - Perform smoke testing, feature testing, and onboarding regression validation. - Apply boundary and negative testing techniques to validate data integrity, edge cases, and error handling — particularly important for engineering data inputs and threshold-driven calculations. - Test against multiple client configurations and environments. - Support the development and execution of API and integration test cases as the team expands its testing coverage. - Defect Management - Log defects in Azure DevOps with clear reproduction steps, screenshots, and test data. - Triage and validate bug fixes; conduct regression on resolved defects. - Leverage Azure App Insights to capture additional error context where applicable. - Communicate clearly with developers to ensure defects are well-understood and actionable. - Test Case Authorship & Maintenance - Create, update, and organize test cases and test suites within Azure DevOps. - Maintain the Master Test Script List as new features and modules are released. - Contribute to the Functional, Onboarding, and CIM Smoke Regression suites. - Collaboration & Process - Collaborate with developers, product managers, and the QA Manager to align on priorities and release readiness. - Provide QA status updates and escalate risks to the QA Manager in a timely manner.
