• Help oversee client proxy voting policies into structured, system-ready data with strong governance, version control, and auditability. • Establish and oversee validation frameworks ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency of policy data and research inputs. • Lead end-to-end workflows supporting global proxy research production, ensuring alignment with client policies and service level expectations. • Drive automation, standardization, and continuous improvement to support scale, complexity, and global market coverage. • Collaborate with Custom Policy, Technology, Product, and Business stakeholders to ensure seamless policy execution and platform enablement. • Define and evolve the operating model, governance structure, and execution framework supporting Broadridge’s custom proxy voting policy solutions. • Identify operational, data, and control risks; establish mitigation plans and escalation frameworks to ensure resilient service delivery. • Lead implementation of new workflows, tools, and operating practices to support evolving client needs, regulatory developments, and business growth.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Business, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in data operations, governance, proxy voting, corporate governance research, or a related financial services environment.
- Proven experience leading complex, data-driven operational functions that support client-defined or policy-based service delivery at scale.
- Demonstrated success translating complex client requirements or business rules into structured, system-ready data frameworks and operational workflows.
- Strong track record of building and overseeing data quality controls, validation processes, and governance standards to ensure accuracy, consistency, and auditability.
- Deep expertise in data governance, operational controls, and scalable process design.
- Strong leadership and execution skills, including the ability to lead high-complexity initiatives across cross-functional teams.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to address unique issues with broad business impact.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to align stakeholders and drive decisions at senior levels.
- High attention to detail and commitment to data integrity, operational accuracy, and service excellence.
