Role Description Nemours is seeking a Performance Analyst and Educator, (Full-Time), to join our Nemours Children's Hospital team in Orlando, Florida. The Performance Analyst and Educator I (PAE) position resides within the Quality Assurance and Training Department of Patient Financial Services. This role is responsible for analyzing performance, identifying improvement opportunities, assisting in process improvement projects, and providing training to the Patient Financial Services departments. Job duties will include but are not limited to: - Provide continuous performance improvement support to PFS by functioning as an analyst, facilitator, trainer, auditor, consultant and/or project manager as required. - Assist in the development and refinement of training programs and materials, including standard work. - Serve as an educational resource, facilitate operational courses, publish newsletters and maintain training records for all courses and e-learnings conducted. - Schedule and coordinate classes and workshops, including those owned by other members in the organization. - Generate weekly and monthly reports for accuracy, score cards and/or auditing. - Perform audits and analyze trends for work focus training, gaps, or compliance of processes. - Provide constructive feedback to frontline associates to improve performance. - Conduct site visits to monitor adherence to standards and provide on-going support, including training. - Develop, contribute, and update policies and procedures. - Participate in committees or enterprise-wide task forces related to the Revenue Cycle. - Use knowledge of waste elimination tools and techniques to identify operational opportunities and educate, for example researching, correcting, and analyzing coverage errors. - Provide timely and pertinent information to associates about regulatory requirements. - Serve as a resource to frontline associates by providing additional support via the department’s centralized inbox. - Other duties as assigned. Role Description Working from your home office within Tennessee, certified Teachers will virtually manage instructional programs. Through use of the telephone, Internet and various curriculum tools they will consult regularly with learning coaches and students to ensure that each child successfully completes their instructional program. The Secondary Algebra 2 Teacher will be responsible for the successful completion of the following tasks: - Support the instructional program with asynchronous web conferencing sessions and synchronous instruction; - Complete all grading, create progress reports and conduct parent conferences in a timely manner; - Communicate with parents, students and other teachers on a regular basis to develop and update Personal Learning Plans and schedules, score assessments, provide feedback on student work, suggest instructional approaches and strategies, monitor completion of assignments and coach special projects; - Develop a general knowledge of the entire program’s curriculum and a very detailed knowledge of the courses for which responsible; - Review curriculum and devise alternate approaches to presenting lessons to increase student understanding (working directly with students and parents); - Support students and parents with alternate strategies and provide additional assistance with daily assignments and projects; - Communicate regularly with parents, students, and curriculum specialists through use of computer and telephone; - Work collaboratively with other teachers to ensure that all students are successfully progressing through the program, that parents have a central point of contact, and that tasks are distributed among the teachers; - Keep student records and data up-to-date, including cumulative files, online student and family information, attendance accounting, and logging all student and parent contacts; - Consult with other teachers, team members and staff learning specialists to develop alternate enrichment activities and modifications to students’ programs to increase student understanding; - Work with Advisory Teachers and School Counselor(s) to ensure students and families are receiving appropriate communications, students are making adequate progress and established goals are being met; - Work with other teachers to coordinate social activities and relevant field trips for students; - Manage regional field trips and make efforts to integrate trips into the curriculum; - Communicate with Parent Community Coordinators to suggest social activities and relevant field trips for students; - Devise and implement virtual methods of creating and maintaining a “school community”; - Participate in the organization and administration of the State Testing, as directed; - Participate in student recruiting sessions and other marketing efforts that require teacher representation; - Attend field trips and other community activities implemented for families; - Other duties as assigned. • Schedule and administer new employee orientations; ensure all new hires complete required onboarding training within established timelines. • Map out annual training plans and schedules for all applicable areas, including new hire onboarding, leadership development, and ongoing professional development. • Design, develop, and implement training programs aligned with organizational priorities and employee performance needs. • Select appropriate training methods and delivery formats, including instructor-led training (ILT), virtual instructor-led training (vILT), e-learning, job shadowing, mentoring, and blended learning approaches. • Coordinate logistics for training events: booking venues or virtual platforms, arranging equipment, preparing materials, and communicating schedules to participants. • Maintain and update a centralized online library of training materials, e-learning modules, SOPs, and reference guides. • Act as an Administrator for the company's Learning Management System (LMS) -- uploading content, enrolling learners, tracking completion, and generating reports. • Partner with department managers, HR Business Partners, and senior leadership to identify training needs through job analysis, performance reviews, and workforce assessments. • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to develop accurate, relevant, and engaging training content and materials. • Assess and anticipate future training needs based on organizational changes, new technology rollouts, regulatory requirements, and business growth plans. • Facilitate or co-facilitate training workshops, seminars, and new hire orientation sessions as needed. • Partner with the appropriate team to market available training opportunities to employees and provide clear information on registration, prerequisites, and expectations. • In partnership with the Talent Development Strategy Director, coordinate and communicate with external training vendors, consultants, and providers; evaluate vendor performance and manage contracts. • Evaluate training program effectiveness using participant feedback, assessments, post-training surveys, and performance data (e.g., Kirkpatrick model or similar frameworks). • Monitor, evaluate, and document training activities, completion rates, and outcomes; prepare regular reports for HR leadership and department heads. • Capture data based on surveys, assessments, learner satisfaction, and other relevant measurements. • Analyze training data and recommend improvements to program content, delivery methods, and scheduling. • Ensure training records are accurate, complete, and audit-ready in accordance with regulatory and company requirements. • Maintain accurate and confidential training records, certifications, and compliance documentation. • Keep current on training trends, learning technologies, industry developments, and regulatory changes; incorporate best practices into training strategies. • Maintain regular and reliable attendance, including being present, on time, and prepared for work as scheduled. • Other duties as assigned.
