MST-FIT (Multi-systemic Therapy/Family Integrated Transition) Coach Perform case management responsibility to the youth using the MST approach. Performs all activities and administrative tasks associated with handling a caseload in keeping with all ACS and OCFS regulations. Field work that sometimes requires you to drive residents in your vehicle. Occasional evening hours are required for parent conferences and home visits.
