• Initial consultation of prospective students about our educational offerings, primarily in IT and business continuing education • Attracting and engaging prospective participants for our shared mission • Operational support of participants through all phases up to course start • Structured management of CRM data maintenance and consistent execution of follow-up activities • Support with applying for education vouchers and communication with employment agencies • Ensuring a positive candidate experience by being continuously available for inquiries
Job Requirements
- Strong communication skills and openness in active engagement with prospective participants
- Motivation driven by clear targets and a dynamic team environment
- Structured, independent working style and the ability to prioritize incoming applications
- Some practical experience in advisory B2C sales, customer service, or hospitality
- Basic understanding of the structures of employment agencies and job centers is an advantage
- Confident use of Google tools such as Docs, Sheets and Gmail, and initial exposure to CRM systems
- Very good German language skills, both written and spoken, and good English skills

About the role Opendoor is building a new mortgage lending operation and needs a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator based in Missouri to staff our in-state licensed location. Missouri requires an in-state presence for our mortgage operations, and you will help Opendoor meet that regulatory requirement. This is not a traditional high-volume origination role. Our mortgage product is technology-first and self-service by design. Volume will be low initially, so we're looking for someone who can wear multiple hats and contribute beyond loan origination. This is a salaried position with equity, not commission-based.
