Role Description This position demands an individual with expertise in IT staffing, project-based delivery, and resource augmentation, capable of independently generating new business opportunities within the Indian market. It is a hunter role centered on acquiring new clients, securing deals, and fostering long-term account development. - Identify and secure new IT services & staffing clients throughout the Indian market. - Market and sell resource augmentation, contract staffing, and project-based IT services. - Manage the complete sales cycle: from lead generation to pitching, negotiation, and closing deals. - Establish and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, CTOs, IT Heads, and Delivery Managers. - Collaborate closely with the recruitment team to ensure smooth deployment of resources. - Keep a robust pipeline and achieve monthly and quarterly revenue goals. - Grow current accounts by placing additional consultants and resources. - Represent the company during client meetings, presentations, and negotiations. The Contracts Department provides a comprehensive contracts management solution for all Magnit clientele. All members of the Contracts team must maintain best-in-class contract standards and provide the highest quality customer service for our clients. The Manager, Global Contracts and Contracts team proactively manage all aspects of our contract processes and lifecycle for client-related contracts. This role requires full contract administration responsibilities, including: - Drafting, negotiating, and administering contracts between Magnit and clients. - Acting as a resource to the team for escalations related to billable workers and independent contractors. - Ensuring contract templates, RFPs, client implementations, projects, reports, and other departmental functions are accurately maintained and run seamlessly. Additionally, the Manager, Global Contracts will: - Collaborate with management and advise on the company’s contractual rights and obligations. - Provide support needed on negotiations, contractual terms, and obligations. - Maintain the department and company’s operational performance standards. - Provide analytical and operational support to all business partners within the Magnit team. Qualifications - 3 – 5 years of contracts management experience. - Must have good negotiation and organizational skills. - Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to identify and execute process improvement initiatives. - Must be able to accurately proofread, with a detailed eye, for grammatical and formatting errors. - Demonstrated ability to create documents appropriate to all levels of staff and audiences. - Ability to work well with others, both internally and externally, and at different levels of management. - Must be detail-oriented, a critical thinker, and a good problem solver. - Strong multi-tasking and time management/project management skills are critical. - Must have a working knowledge of MS Office Suite, Internet, fax, copier, phones, and other office equipment needed for the position function. - Must be dependable and reliable. - Very good attendance and punctuality required.
