Responsibilities: - Lead the full cycle hiring process for global roles, with a strong focus on critical and difficult-to-fill external searches with a focus on enterprise software/technical engineering positions. - Develop innovative sourcing strategies, leveraging global market research and talent intelligence to attract top-tier candidates. - Partner closely with hiring managers, operations lead, and senior leadership to align hiring needs with business objectives. - Create a positive and engaging recruitment journey, ensuring smooth communication and a seamless interview process for candidates. - Drive inclusive hiring strategies to build a diverse workforce, especially within contact center. - Continuously improve hiring workflows, implement best practices, and leverage recruitment technologies for efficiency. - Utilize hiring metrics and recruitment analytics to enhance hiring strategies, forecast talent needs, and drive continuous improvement. Qualifications - 4+ experience in end-to-end hiring, with a strong track record in IT and contact center recruitment across global markets. - Ability to partner effectively with hiring managers, operational leaders, and executives, aligning hiring strategies with business goals. - Proficiency in passive talent sourcing, market mapping, and competitor intelligence to attract top-tier candidates. - Strong analytical skills to track hiring metrics, optimize recruitment strategies, and improve time-to-hire efficiency. - Experience managing niche hiring across multiple geographies while driving Diversity & Inclusion initiatives. - Ability to engage, influence, and negotiate with candidates and stakeholders, ensuring smooth recruitment processes and positive candidate experience. - Experience hiring for contact center technologies like Genesys, Avaya, NICE, Five9, and other cloud-based and on-premises solutions.
