• Responsible for transforming approved global creative assets into technically sound, localisation‑ready templates that enable markets to adapt content efficiently while protecting brand integrity. • Operating with independence, the role manages the production and delivery of scalable, multi‑channel assets that support speed‑to‑market and consistent execution. • Receive and consolidate approved global imagery, copy, and social edits from the Creative Team and Social Content Creator to build editable, localisation‑ready templates within The Box. • Deliver design frameworks to clearly separate fixed brand elements from editable components, ensuring brand consistency while enabling flexible market adaptation. • Produce multiple formats, sizes, and aspect ratios to meet defined and new channel and platform requirements across digital, social, and e‑commerce. • Ensure all templates are technically accurate, quality‑checked, and aligned to documented platform specifications and best‑practice guidelines. • Work closely with the Creative Team, Social Content Creator, and Translation Administrator to ensure assets are suitable for adaptation and localisation from the point of build. • Create and define naming conventions, version control standards, and metadata so assets are easy for markets to locate, understand, and use within The Box. • Manage market needs and deliver complete, adaptation‑ready asset sets to minimise rework and duplication downstream. • Provide clear guidance to markets on correct and efficient template usage, addressing questions and issues using established processes. • Lead the improvement of template structures and adaptation workflows by identifying practical refinements that enhance usability, speed, and scalability.
Job Requirements
- 3 to 6 years’ experience in content production, creative operations, localisation, or adaptation‑focused roles.
- Solid working knowledge of multi‑channel content requirements, including digital, social, and e‑commerce.
- Hands‑on experience creating adaptable design assets and templates.
- Proficiency in relevant creative tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite) and asset management systems.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, particularly around formats, versions, and technical specifications.
- Confident, effective collaborator with the ability to explain processes and standards clearly.

Role Description As Senior Content Marketer at Human Made, you'll be stepping into a high-functioning commercial team that is successfully delivering company growth, and is proud of its industry-leading market position.
