• Adapt existing industry knowledge to Zonda products and processes to elevate communication, project quality, and client satisfaction. • Manage medium to large-scale concurrent projects with different delivery timelines. • Hold kickoff meetings, progress reviews, and demos. • Define scope, budget, timeline, dependencies, and deliverables for each project. • Set client expectations from project kickoff to completion including communication platforms, delivery timelines, and management of revisions. • Identify risks early and implement proactive mitigation strategies. • Provide quoting support for client revisions. • Deliver consistent reporting and recommend practical process improvements. • Ensure clear communication between client and production artists. • Maintain consistent architectural accuracy and quality of deliverables.
Job Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in homebuilding industry, ArchViz, or digital media.
- Bachelor’s degree required; PMP, CAPM, or Agile certification is a plus.
- Proficiency with project management tools (like Jira, Asana, Monday, Trello, etc.).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple high-visibility projects.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.

Current challenges - Develop and implement a communication strategy towards our global community of talents, users, partners, investors. - Fully automate influencer and affiliate identification, negotiations, and payments. - Develop strategies to conquer local markets, implement penetration tests in one-week sprints, and measure results. Building a system that tracks and measures results will be a core OKR of this job. - Use AI tools (Claude Code, Design, Cowork, etc.) to fully automate all our day-to-day processes and everything that we do at least once a month. - We are looking for people that are willing to get their hands dirty.
