• Support the execution of the global patient advocacy strategy, road map, and key initiatives. • Manage operational implementation of advocacy programs, including roundtables, convenings, publications and other strategic initiatives. • Coordinate across functions to ensure alignment with enterprise priorities. • Support development of annual advocacy plans, objectives, timelines and deliverables. • Track and monitor advocacy initiatives to ensure timely and effective execution. • Serve as an operational point of contact for advocacy organizations supporting relationship development and ongoing engagement. • Help maintain regular communication with advocacy partners to support collaboration and shared initiatives. • Identify opportunities to support advocacy organizations through strategic engagement, capability building and bidirectional collaboration. • Support identification, onboarding, and management of new advocacy partnerships. • Support development of internal processes, tools and frameworks for advocacy engagement. • Coordinate internal advocacy community of practice and support cross functional working groups. • Ensure internal teams have access to patient insights and advocacy perspectives. • Support development of advocacy-related materials including white papers, position papers, briefing documents, and presentations. • Contribute to development of advocacy communications and storytelling that elevate patient voice. • Support management of advocacy budgets, contracts and operational processes. • Support preparation of internal reports dashboards and leadership updates.
• Management of the review process for non-interventional studies, independent publications, local data generation and investigator-initiated studies • Ongoing oversight of investigator-initiated studies • Management of Independent Medical Education grants (US only) • Manage the Non-registrational Study Approval Process (NORSAP) for all therapeutic areas • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure completeness of submissions to the NORSAP Committee • Ongoing management of approved Investigator Initiated Studies (IIS’s) • Oversees and executes on the end to end US Independent Medical Education grants review and approval process • Ensures compliance with existing internal and external guidelines
• Report to the District Business Manager and be responsible for driving product awareness and utilization • Work towards achieving and exceeding overall sales initiatives by developing effective relationships and partnering with physicians • Engage physicians and targeted healthcare professionals within an assigned geography to deliver clinically relevant information and exceed product goals • Utilize effective direct selling techniques and market strategies to expand product demand • Coordinate and collaborate with field-based personnel to proactively address customer needs • Develop relationships and maintain an active presence in the Dermatology community and associated organizations • Represent the company in a professional, ethical and compliant manner at all times
