Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent practical experience. - 5+ years of relevant experience, including leading engineering projects or teams. - Strong understanding of full-stack development, modern cloud platforms, and microservices architecture. - Demonstrated ability to guide technical execution, mentor engineers, and collaborate effectively across functions.
