Role Description The Business Development Director is responsible for both the demand and supply sides of the business. - Prospecting, consulting, educating, and creating partnerships with SDK developer partners. - Developing relationships with game and app developers and selling Mintegral’s products. - Requires a comprehensive understanding of the mobile ad monetization ecosystem and the ability to sell technical product solutions to developers and publishers. Duties and Responsibilities - Build strong relationships with direct advertisers and publishers in the South Korean market. - Become a trusted advisor to key decision makers at leading mobile game studios and app developers. - Manage a pipeline of accounts and achieve quarterly sales targets. - Take a consultative approach to understanding developers’ ad businesses and provide market insights. - Represent Mintegral at industry events and conferences. - Prospect clients in top game charts and through third-party tools. - Collaborate with internal teams, including account management, legal, product, and engineering, to ensure client success. - Develop and maintain strong industry and company knowledge. - Perform other related duties as assigned.
