Customer Service Agent – Exit Booth
SIXT
• Ensure seamless rental experience by verifying customer documents • Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle and handle exchanges • Offer additional products and services while addressing any questions or concerns • Finalize rental agreements by confirming documents and explaining charges • Inspect returned vehicles for damages, mileage, and fuel levels
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship
- Basic computer navigation skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
- Willing to wear a company uniform
- Speaking other languages is a plus
