Clinical Supervisor – Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Autonomous Behavior Solutions
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. • Design and oversee evidence-based programming using ABA principles (DTT, PECS, NET, PRT, etc.) • Supervise and train Behavior Technicians and RBTs on intervention plans and data collection systems. • Ensure ongoing progress monitoring, data analysis, and goal refinement. • Collaborate with assistant supervisors, school psychologists, educators, and administrative teams to implement behavior support plans. • Support trauma-informed and multi-tiered systems of support (MTSS) practices. • Lead team trainings and contribute to clinical program development. • Attend IEP meetings and provide clinical consultation within school settings as needed. • Maintain a minimum of 15-20 hours for our part-time position.
Job Requirements
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB®
- At least 5 years of experience working with children diagnosed with autism or developmental delays
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in ABA settings
- Strong knowledge of ABA methodologies and experience with FBA/BIP development
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- At least 1 year of experience providing remote supervision

Where and When You’ll Work - This remote-based position (which requires travel, as described below) is open to all eligible candidates based within the United States. - Ability and willingness to travel up to 5% annually, as needed. IT Application Intake Analyst
