Role Description We are seeking a seasoned Sr. Program Manager to provide oversight and coordination of multiple interconnected enterprise programs. This role is pivotal in ensuring integrated execution and alignment of outcomes across the organization. - Define and manage program interdependencies, sequencing, and alignment across related initiatives to ensure cohesive enterprise delivery. - Provide direction and oversight to Program Managers to ensure consistent execution quality, adherence to scope, and delivery discipline. - Drive alignment of program objectives with business priorities to ensure programs collectively deliver intended enterprise outcomes. - Manage escalated program risks, cross-program issues, and complex dependencies requiring enterprise-level resolution. - Oversee consolidated program planning, ensuring integration across timelines, milestones, and workstreams. - Facilitate executive C-level program reviews, governance sessions, and decision-making forums focused on enterprise program delivery. - Ensure consistency in program structure, execution approach, and delivery standards across all assigned initiatives. - Monitor overall program portfolio health, including progress, performance, risks, and delivery outcomes. - Partner with Sr. leaders and stakeholders to resolve cross-functional alignment challenges and ensure delivery continuity. - Guide prioritization and sequencing decisions across programs to optimize delivery efficiency and enterprise impact. - Ensure programs remain aligned to defined business outcomes, scope integrity, and approved objectives throughout execution. - Provide oversight of program reporting accuracy, consistency, and executive-level communication. - Support organizational readiness and transition planning to ensure successful program adoption and implementation across the enterprise. Qualifications - 7+ years of progressive experience in enterprise program management, PMO leadership, strategic operations, or organizational transformation. - Experience leading large-scale cross-functional initiatives and enterprise portfolios in complex organizational environments. - Demonstrated experience working with executive leadership and managing enterprise governance processes. - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Project Management, Organizational Leadership, or related field preferred. - Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, operational excellence practices, and change management principles. - PMP, Lean, Agile, or related certifications preferred. Requirements - This position is remote and offers a flexible work environment. - This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Jacksonville, FL. - The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $65.00/hr.
