Role Description Corkys BBQ is looking for an enthusiastic Online Order Support Specialist to join our team. This full-time, remote position is based in Memphis and offers a fantastic opportunity to support our customers in their online ordering experience at one of the most beloved restaurant brands in the industry. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring that their online orders are processed smoothly and efficiently. You will contribute to enhancing customer satisfaction by resolving inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing information about our delicious menu offerings.
