Role Description NearSource is looking for a Technical Program Manager to lead enterprise AI/ML product initiatives across cross-functional teams from concept through deployment. This role will drive execution alignment across AI strategy, engineering, data science, and business stakeholders while ensuring delivery milestones, operational readiness, and production transition objectives are achieved. The selected candidate will support large-scale AI-powered HR product initiatives within a technology-driven enterprise environment, focusing on program coordination, stakeholder facilitation, and execution management. - Lead planning and execution of AI/ML initiatives from concept through deployment readiness - Drive cross-functional coordination across AI strategy, engineering, data science, enterprise systems, and business teams - Translate business use cases into structured execution plans with defined milestones, ownership, timelines, and deliverables - Facilitate stakeholder workshops, planning sessions, demo reviews, and feedback discussions to support iterative delivery - Identify, track, and mitigate program risks, dependencies, blockers, and execution gaps - Establish scalable and effective program operating rhythms to support delivery efficiency - Monitor initiative progress and communicate clear status updates to leadership and stakeholders - Support transition planning from prototype validation to production deployment readiness - Manage multiple concurrent workstreams within fast-paced technology and product environments - Drive alignment between technical teams and business stakeholders throughout the program lifecycle Qualifications - 5 to 7 years of experience in Technical Program Management, Product Operations, or related roles - Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional enterprise programs - Familiarity with the AI/ML product lifecycle, including data workflows, model development, and deployment processes - Strong program planning, execution management, and organizational skills - Experience managing multiple priorities and parallel workstreams - Strong stakeholder communication, facilitation, and collaboration capabilities - Experience supporting AI-driven or data-centric product initiatives - Experience coordinating programs from prototype stages through production readiness - Background working within product-focused or technology-driven environments Requirements - Familiarity with Airtable or similar planning and workflow management platforms - Exposure to enterprise HR technology ecosystems - Experience supporting operational governance for AI-enabled products Benefits Apply now, or share your resume with salary expectations at careers@nearsource.ca.
