Reporting to the OneStream, EPMWare and Revenue Reporting platform owner, this role is positioned within the corporate controllership function. This role is focused on end user enablement and support, ongoing maintenance and platform support as well as continuous improvement projects. This role provides a unique opportunity to help shape the Finance Systems landscape for a newly formed company that is already the industry leader. Responsibilities - Provide end user support and maintain security, ensuring adherence to corporate policy and engaging with IT, the broader systems team and external support providers when necessary. - Become the go to person for how the platform can best be leveraged to meet end user needs. - Perform data reconciliations and assist with metadata and hierarchy maintenance. - Support delivery of new OneStream, EPMWare and Revenue Reporting enhancements through testing support and engagement on specific processes that you own within the platform. - Support reporting roadmap delivery of new functionality, from Ideation through delivery in collaboration with other Finance Systems team members. - Ensure metadata rules are strictly adhered to and ensure rapid enablement of changes. - Support Audit reviews and ongoing process support. - Ensure end users always have a path forward for questions or issues. Qualifications - Bachelors degree in Finance / Accounting or equivalent degree in IT or Business Management and 7+ years of experience in Finance or Finance Systems with corresponding work experience. - Or, advanced degree in Finance / Accounting or equivalent degree in IT or Business Management and 5+ years of experience in Finance or Finance Systems with corresponding work experience. Requirements - 3+ years of OneStream admin experience for FPA, Close/Consol and FP&A. - Or, 4+ years of experience as a component administrator for: OneStream, Hyperion Planning, HFM, PBCS/EPBCS, FCCS, Cognos/TM1 (Certifications a plus). - 1+ year of power user/admin experience in: DRM, EPMWare, Informatica. - 1+ year of PowerBI, Power Automate, SharePoint development experience. - Ability to read database queries and enhance/create simple queries (Databricks, SQL). - Foundational understanding of cloud and on prem finance systems. - Experience working in traditional finance role within controllership or FP&A. - Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across Finance and IT to turn business opportunities into system realities. - Strong Finance knowledge and demonstrated ability to ensure systems are performing correctly. - Collaborative team player with demonstrated ability to work with little direct supervision. - Comfortable with the ambiguity inherent to creating new solutions to meet evolving business needs. - Demonstrated ability to quickly add value when taking on new roles or responsibilities. - Demonstrated process improvements leveraging AI. - Demonstrated systems aptitude.
