Role Description Outpouring Talent is seeking a proactive and highly organised Recruitment Virtual Assistant to support our growing healthcare workforce solutions team. This remote role offers flexibility and the opportunity to work closely with a dynamic recruitment and staffing organisation operating across the healthcare, disability, and aged care sectors in Australia. The successful candidate will assist with recruitment coordination, candidate sourcing, outreach activities, social media marketing, project management, and client engagement initiatives.
