Role Description We are hiring a Strategic Partnerships Representative to help drive growth of our roster optimization platform used by leading college athletic programs. This is a hunter-focused role for ambitious early-career sales professionals who want to build a career in complex B2B software sales while working in the world of college athletics. - Work directly with senior leadership to open conversations with General Managers, Athletic Directors, and senior athletic executives across major NCAA programs. - Early exposure to strategic deal cycles and executive-level buyers, providing a strong foundation for a future career in enterprise software sales. Qualifications - 2–5 years of experience in SaaS, sports business, or sales. - Comfort initiating conversations with senior professionals. - Strong organization and follow-through. - Competitive mindset. - Resilience and persistence. - Curiosity about college athletics and roster strategy. - Desire to build a long-term sales career.
