Role Description Lux Digital Marketing LLC is seeking a highly organized, client-focused, and results-driven Account Manager to oversee client relationships, onboarding coordination, account retention, and ongoing communication. This role is responsible for ensuring clients receive a smooth onboarding experience, maintaining strong long-term relationships, and collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure successful service delivery. The Account Manager serves as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and plays a critical role in client satisfaction, retention, and account growth. The ideal candidate has experience in digital marketing account management, strong communication skills, and the ability to proactively manage multiple client relationships in a fast-paced remote environment.
