Integration ServiceNow Business Analyst

Role Description As a ServiceNow Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in delivering a bidirectional integration project. You will collaborate closely with a lead developer, working side-by-side to capture, document, and refine requirements from stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include: - Translating requirements into actionable agile artifacts, such as user stories and epics. - Tracking the overall progress of the project. - Identifying potential roadblocks. - Providing regular status updates to keep all parties informed. To excel in this position, you should have hands-on experience with ServiceNow, particularly in environments focused on agile delivery and iterative development. Strong client communication skills are essential, as you will be the primary point of contact for clarifying needs and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle. Qualifications - Hands-on experience working within the ServiceNow platform. - Understanding of ServiceNow data models, integrations, and workflow capabilities. - Familiarity with ServiceNow agile/SDLC environments. - Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills. - Ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories and epics. - Experience defining acceptance criteria and managing agile artifacts. - Skilled in managing and tracking requirements through the full project lifecycle. - Experience working in agile environments (Scrum or Kanban). - Competency with backlog management and prioritization. - Experience generating test cases from requirements. - Ability to support validation, functional testing, and defect management.
