• Own end-to-end product design across Knotch’s platform, from discovery and ideation through prototyping, visual design, and implementation. • Lead design for a new AI-powered product currently in development, helping shape the core concepts, workflows, and UI where none yet exist. • Partner closely with leadership, product management, and engineering teams to solve complex problems and ship high quality solutions. • Translate ambiguous requirements and evolving ideas into thoughtful, intuitive user experiences. • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using modern design tools, primarily Figma. • Contribute strong graphic and visual design skills across product UI, web, and supporting marketing experiences. • Collaborate with engineering to ensure designs are feasible, scalable, and faithfully implemented. • Continuously iterate on designs based on feedback, data, and evolving product strategy.

Role Description We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer who combines exceptional craft with deep product thinking to help shape the next generation of MaintainX’s AI-first product experience. You'll lead design across the full product lifecycle, from discovery and research through prototyping and polished UI, for both web and mobile. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and other designers to deliver features that make complex systems simple and intuitive for frontline users. Qualifications - 6+ years of product design experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise platforms. You've designed for complexity, not just simplicity. - Exceptional visual and interaction design skills with a sharp eye for typography, spacing, color, layout, and motion with strong design system and handoff practices. - Experience designing for AI and data-rich experiences. - You're a systems thinker who naturally spots patterns, builds for reuse, and considers how design decisions scale across a product. - Excellent communication and storytelling skills to articulate design intent, navigate ambiguous product spaces, and influence cross-functional peers. • Design end-to-end product experiences for Agentic Vulnerability Elimination, from discovery through delivery, applying First Principles Problem Solving to break down complex security and AI-driven workflows into intuitive solutions • Build and iterate on AI-powered user experiences, embedding an AI First mindset into design decisions and contributing to workflows that leverage LLMs and automation effectively • Partner closely with product managers, engineers, and data partners across the UK and Netherlands to deliver high-quality, user-centered solutions that improve vulnerability remediation outcomes • Use Data-Driven Decision Making to inform design choices, validate hypotheses through research and testing, and continuously improve product experiences based on measurable impact • Demonstrate Change Agility by adapting designs in response to evolving product direction, emerging AI capabilities, and shifting customer needs while maintaining momentum • Contribute to and evolve HackerOne’s Design Language System, ensuring consistency and scalability across products • Communicate design rationale, tradeoffs, and decisions clearly to stakeholders, balancing user needs, technical constraints, and business goals • Mentor junior designers and contribute to a collaborative, feedback-driven design culture

• Create and execute highly polished visual design and concepts that are consistently on brand and directly connect to solving the client's business needs. This includes typography, composition, interface, logos, branding, components, etc. for various platforms, viewports, and otherwise. • Craft and present high fidelity design concepts and directions as a necessary part of the design process. This includes actively participating in brainstorms, contributing ideas and inspiration, and solutions of one’s own articulated through references, sketches storyboards, mood boards and conceptual designs. • Keep one’s own high standard of design, presentation, processes, and all the ways we work with each other and engage with our clients. • Stay current and champion new AI practices, recent design methodologies, trends and techniques. Proactively search for and recommend new best practices. • Bring to life design through working prototypes and motion, including the ability to think about motion in interaction, create prototypes in Figma, and/or other AI tools. • Create design systems, style guides, brand guides, other artifacts to describe and visualize the intended user experience, as well as prepare assets for development. • Collaborate with the team, including UX designers, strategists, copywriter, creative directors, developers and other visual designers. • Build and sustain effective working relationships internally and externally, and especially within the design group. • Mentor other more junior designers and play a role in helping build a dynamic design culture.
