Senior Implementation Project Manager

• Lead the planning and execution of customer implementation projects • Establish and manage project governance structures, including steering committees, risk management processes, and escalation paths • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer stakeholders • Facilitate discovery and requirements sessions • Coordinate cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Professional Services, and Support • Proactively identify risks, remove blockers, and drive momentum from onboarding through go-live and early adoption • Contribute to continuous improvement of implementation methodologies, playbooks, and value realization frameworks

Job Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience managing customer-facing SaaS implementation projects
  • Proven track record of delivering complex software implementations on time and within budget
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • Deep understanding of project governance, risk management, and SaaS delivery methodologies
  • Experience aligning solution capabilities to customer business needs, KPIs, and success criteria
  • Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Jira, Asana, or similar)
  • PMP, Scrum, or other project management certifications preferred
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 40%, including international travel
